The AI-driven short film Dino Mukk, set in Kerala, is making waves online, recently crossing an impressive milestone of 2.2 million organic views. This Malayalam-language project offers a quirky twist on rural life, envisioning Palakkad as a town where dinosaurs are farmed like livestock—a concept that merges satire, nostalgia, and futuristic imagination.

A Visionary Collaboration
Dino Mukk is the brainchild of Storytellers Union, a creative collective founded by childhood friends with backgrounds in film, advertising, and writing. Previously associated with top platforms like Netflix, the team has now shifted focus toward harnessing AI for innovative storytelling.
Under the direction of Gokul Pillai (@gokulspillaii), the team spent two months perfecting their AI workflow, generating over 2,500 AI images. Once the system was ready, they completed the film in just 7-8 days, seamlessly blending AI visuals with authentic Malayalam cultural elements.
