(NSE/BSE Listed), India’s leading developer in senior living, has announced the launch of Phase 3 of Ashiana Vatsalya, its premium Active Senior Living project in Chennai. Spread across 17.9 acres, the new phase further expands the company’s senior living offering in the city, building on the strong response received by the earlier phases of the project.
The new phase will offer 168 residential units across 1,2&3BHK configurations, with prices starting from ₹85 lakh and going up to ₹1.69 crore. The development is expected to involve an investment of approximately ₹ 100.41 crore, with construction scheduled for completion by March 2029.
Ashiana Vatsalya has established itself as a community-focused senior living development, combining thoughtfully planned residences with open spaces, recreational facilities, healthcare support and opportunities for social engagement.
